How much of this do you feel goes hand-in-hand with a growth vs scarcity mindset? I've started half a dozen businesses over the years, but most of them are more mature than the startup phase. In other words, we have much to lose.
I still have a very strong growth mindset, and I very much want that to be the way at all of my businesses, but as we grow, it's kind of taking a back seat to risk aversion.
